In the Casino
Work directly in our Black Hawk casino as a cashier or Casino Services Supervisor where you will interact directly with customers, ensuring they have all their needs met and are having a good time.
Keep guests safe and happy as a Guest Safety Agent by monitoring all guests and employees as they arrive and leave the casino. The only requirements are a high school diploma or GED and at least one to two years of experience working in security.
Work your way up as casino host or Cage Supervisor where you are responsible for a variety of guest services. You must be able to interact well with customers and resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. As an executive casino host, you would be responsible for providing personalized services to guests and establishing accounts. Your job would also include circulating on the floor as you greet patrons and resolve any situations. This is just one of the marketing positions available at Black Hawk.
Food and Beverage
If you enjoy cooking or dream of becoming a recognized name in the culinary field, you can find many opportunities to showcase your talents. Those just starting out have the ability to improve their skills as a culinary apprentice. They can earn an income as they are mentored by top chefs.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or GED with training in hotel management along with one year of experience in the hotel environment.
