Meeting Concertgoers and Offering Promotions at Red Rocks
The Visit Black Hawk team stopped by the Steve Miller Band concert this past Monday to get people thinking about escaping from their responsibilities and heading up to Black Hawk. The perfect weather along with all the free goodies made for some very happy concertgoers. The attendees thought the free $20 promotional gaming chips were too good to be true. With these chips, Black Hawk visitors can play $20 worth of games at participating casinos – and even redeem exclusive offers online.
The Hawk made an even bigger impression on all the Steve Miller Band fans. Everyone wanted a picture with The Hawk; even a Steve Miller Band member snapped a photo. He didn’t want to miss the chance to get a picture before getting on stage. All event attendees had to do was post their picture with The Hawk to one of their social media accounts using the hashtag #EscapeToBlackHawk and we printed the photo out right then and there. The photo takeaway was a fun reminder that Black Hawk is the place to be when planning a getaway.
Monday’s concert was the perfect place for concertgoers to escape their daily commitments and unwind at the beginning of their weeks. Thanks to the Red Rocks team for a fun event. We hope to see some familiar faces up at Black Hawk very soon.
